Life as we know it
For some reason the days are really flying by right now. I was wondering the other day if I'll remember all of the little things we do all day around the house since this is the last year for Ethan, Rachel and I to be home together every day. Obviously we run errands and play at the park and go to the library and play with friends, but I'm not sure if I'll remember the games of hide-and-seek, the pajama parades, the endless bathroom trips, the millions of times I get asked for a snack, lunches in the living room, racing to the mailbox, the number of times I hear "well then I'm not going to play with you any more!",dancing around the living room to their favorite song on repeat for the 267th time, the days of the superhero rescuing the princess, lying in bed in the morning wondering who's going to get up first, making daddy's tall building out of legos, etc. I'm sure I'll forget a lot of it, but I'm really trying to remember...really, really trying to remember.

Do they always share night time clothes?
ReplyDeletehow very sweet...and if it makes you feel any better, i wonder the same exact thing...
ReplyDeleteThat's what makes blogging so great! Now you will remember it, because you just journaled about it. I just realized the same thing yesterday when I visited a friend with a 2 wk old baby. I couldn't remember when Madelyn's umbilical cord fell off, and my friend reminded me that I had blogged about it and the date was there. Oh, yeah! :)
