I have no idea why babies love this game so much, but it is a lifesaver for us between 5 and 6 pm when we're anxiously awaiting Clay's arrival. Before last week she would try to pull on whatever object I had in front of my face (sometimes this was a magazine so I could get some light reading in while playing), but last week she started playing with me. Her favorite thing to hide behind is the mail - a girl after my own heart - and she's so cute and proud of herself. Ethan and I will sing, "Where is Rachel? Where is Rachel?" until she pulls it down with this huge grin on her face. Cara and I decided this morning that while she doesn't really crawl or have any interest in feeding herself, she's socially advanced. :)
Of course she's socially advanced. That baby girl does nothing but smile at me (and anyone else in the room) every time I see her! She's precious and looks too big in that picture. Make her stop growing!
ReplyDeleteA prom queen in the making. Josie just loves her Ray-Ray!
ReplyDeleteWhile is definatly 'Socially Advanced', I doubt she'll get many votes for prom queen if she eats all of the ballots.
ReplyDelete[notices chew marks on the mail]
Maybe the mail is 'fruit flavored' and we are missing out! She has my has my vote for prom queen!
ReplyDeleteI have the itch to fly to TX! I miss you guys Jess
Her smile reaches all the way to England and makes me warm and fuzzy inside EVERY time I see her picture! I wish I could see it in real-life! Gorgeous girl.
ReplyDeleteWhat a doll!
ReplyDeleteIsn't it time we get together again??
I would have to agree she's socially advanced!
